If you’re a fan of the Marvel Comics universe, you’ve probably already heard about the upcoming Avengers movies. They’re set to conclude the saga known as Phase 6 and will end The Multiverse Saga, which has been published twice in KunManga Marvel Comics. In the first, the Avengers were transported to a parallel world called Battleworld. In the second, the heroes return to Earth, remembering its state before incursions. This will be the first Marvel Cinematic Universe film since Miles Morales joined the mainstream Marvel Comics.
John Wick Chapter 4
A new trailer for John Wick: Chapter 4 has been released by Lionsgate, and it shows some of the movie’s action-packed scenes. The upcoming movie will follow the story of Keanu Reeves’s crimefighting mercenary. The film will be directed by Chad Stahelski, and it’s set to be released on July 13, 2022. The trailer also confirms that certain characters from the previous installments will return. It will also feature a number of scenes shot in France, Germany, and Jordan.
The next installment of John Wick is slated for release on March 24, 2023, which is almost a year later than previously planned. The original release date for the fourth installment was May 20, 2022, but delays forced the studio to push the release date back. In addition, the movie is now slated to release just two months after “The Matrix 4,” which is already scheduled for December 2022.
Werewolf by Night
This Friday, October 7, Disney+ will premiere Werewolf by Night, a new mini-movie from Marvel Studios. The movie marks the studio’s first foray into horror-themed characters. Although the movie isn’t part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), it does feature a recurring character: Moon Knight.
The movie is rated TV-14, which allows for a lot of gore and profanity. Based on a Marvel comic, the film is a supernatural horror tale with a gothic theme. The film stars Airikacal as the title hero and Harriet Sansom Harris as her character, Verusa.
Black Panther 2
It’s been a while since Black Panther 2 was officially announced, but the recent Comic-Con event in San Diego has given us our first look at the movie and a new trailer. The sequel finds Wakanda grieving the loss of T’Challa, and waging war with Atlantis, led by the mysterious villain Namor.
Black Panther was released in February 2018 and has already earned a strong following, which led to a sequel. The sequel was officially announced at San Diego Comic-Con in 2019, with a release date of 2022. Unfortunately, the sequel’s development was interrupted by the death of its star Chadwick Boseman in August 2020. He lost a four-year battle with colon cancer. While the Boseman family continues to mourn his passing, Marvel decided to proceed with the sequel, and filming began in May 2021. During filming, the movie was shot in Atlanta and Brunswick, Georgia, as well as Boston.
Crimes of the Future
If you want to see a dark sci-fi movie, “Crimes of the Future” is for you. This sci-fi movie is based on a memoir by author Lidia Yuknavitch. It follows the struggles of a bisexual woman who is trying to make her way in the world. It will open in theaters on June 3 in the United States.
This sci-fi thriller will feature Viggo Mortensen and Lea Seydoux in a dystopian future. The film will be a Cannes film festival entry in 2022. The film is co-produced by Steve Solomos, Robert Lantos, and Panos Papahadzis, and will be released by NEON.
